This initial consultation is for the Consultant to discuss the various options available to you with respect to your immigration to Canada. If you decide to sign a retainer agreement with the Consultant, this money will be used as credit towards the cost of professional fee.

Declaration

I understand that this is not a retained agreement and only the following topics will be discussed:

• Assessment of Client,
• Immigration program suitable
• RCIC’s responsibilities if service will be retained
• Client’s responsibilities if service will be retained
• Terms and conditions of retainer Retainer fee; and
• Refund policy.
