We may retain certain data as necessary for legitimate business purposes, such as auditing, account recovery, or if required by applicable federal, state, and provincial laws, to prevent fraud or future abuse, or by contract with a partner and/or institution. All retained PII will remain subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
